The energy certificate according to the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) to document your property!
Since November 1st In 2020, the energy requirements were tightened again.
The energy certificate is mandatory for all properties in new buildings or old buildings when selling or renting. It provides information about the current energy condition of the property and provides information about possible renovation or modernization measures.
Certificate of need:
If the building application for the building was submitted before November 1st, 1977, you will definitely need the certificate of need.
A certificate of need is also required when modernizing or expanding an alpine building.
Exception: A maximum of ten percent of the area will be modernized!
Consumption certificate:
For buildings for which the building application was submitted after November 1, 1977, a consumption certificate is sufficient.
In addition, a nationwide comparison of the energy consumption of properties can be assessed by tenants and sellers and the average additional costs can be determined in advance.
